What is Hypopressives/Low Pressure Fitness?
Hypopressives is a therapeutic breathing technique, combined with specific postures and poses that strengthen and restore the function of the deep core of the body and improve pelvic health. Practiced regularly, Hypopressives can help:

What is Hypopressives/Low Pressure Fitness?

- Improve pelvic floor function
- Prevent and improve pelvic organ prolapse
- Prevent and improve urinary incontinence
- Improve diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles)
- Prevent spinal disk herniations
- Prevent abdominal herniations
- Improve circulation, respiration, and digestion
- Improve the resting tone of the abdominal muscles to provide greater overall stability and core control
