Policies-
- All appointments must be pre-paid by at least one session, this will hold the clients spot.
- All sales are final, non-refundable
- Private and Semi-private packages expire 1 year of purchase date
- Mat class packages expire 4 months of purchase.
- Weather- We follow FWISD cancellation.
Cancellations:
All sessions must be canceled 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid full charges for that appointment.
Private and Semi- Private- 24 hour cancellation
Duet Sessions- If an individual in a duet cancels within 24 hours notice they will receive full credit, the other individuals in the duet will be notified and have the option to also cancel or keep appointment time at a higher rate ( as Private rate ). If an individual in duet does not provide 24 hour notice they will still be charged for that session and their partners will NOT have to pay extra.
Small Group Class- 24 hour cancellation policy is required to avoid losing class session. Please note class expirations on Class Description page.
Month Unlimited: LATE CANCELS- Classes canceled 12 hours prior to class will be charged a $5 fee
NO SHOWS/2 HOUR CANCELLATIONS: Classes canceled 2 hours or less will be charged a $10 fee.
